Want to make a difference in today’s world? Not entirely sure how to go about doing that?
The Institute for Compassionate Leadership takes leaders like you on a journey where you discover your purpose for creating meaningful change in today’s world. Based primarily online, our part-time program allows you to cultivate the skills of compassionate leadership alongside your full-time job and/or busy school schedule. Through working with executive coaches, being matched with mentors, and our six-month training program we offer you the tools you need to become a compassionate, self-aware leader. Then we network like heck to get you meaningful work in the social change field you desire. Click on our video below for more information or visit WHAT WE DO.

With gratitude

The Institute for Compassionate Leadership exists due to the generosity of donations from people like you. We pour your donations into supporting incoming participants each year, as 90% of them are on scholarship. In order to remain need-blind we need your help.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization thus making your donation tax deductible. We deeply appreciate your support. Please consult a tax professional for details on how your contribution may offset your tax obligations. Also, a reminder that many companies match employee donations!

Another way to make a donation is to mail a check made out to "Institute for Compassionate Leadership." The check can be mailed to:

Compassionate Benefactor

Supporters of our leaders come from all over and offer any amount toward one of our students' tuition.

A generous donation of $200 provides a six week class for one of our students.

Thank you

Donors who contribute $200 or more will receive a special thank you gift of an Institute for Compassionate Leadership t-shirt and be invited to upcoming thank-you events and mixers with our students.

Friend of the Institute

Friends of the Institute want one of our students to succeed and are willing to invest heavily in their future.

A generous donation of $1000 allows one of our students to meet with their executive coach for the full six months they are attending our training.

Thank you

Friends of the Institute receive regular correspondence from our students, are invited to our quarterly events, and a special reception at our graduation ceremony. Our Executive Director, Lodro Rinzler, will take you out for lunch the next time you are in New York City.

Leader in Society

Your gift creates a new compassionate leader that will benefit the world greatly.

A generous donation of $7500 means that you are supporting one student to attend our entire training.

Thank you

Leaders in Society receive all of the benefits of the Friend of the Institute level as well as a credit for our intro six-week class that can be redeemed for yourself or gifted to another person.
